Dartsee Booking - Terms & Conditions

1         Hire Fees

1.1   The hire fees for the Dartsee dartboards are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

1.1.1          The hire fees for the Dartsee dartboards are outlined at the time of booking.

1.1.2          All participants must be paid for prior to playing the Dartsee dartboards.

2         Participants

2.1   Only participants that have paid the hire fee may use the Dartsee dartboards.

2.1.1          Using the Dartsee dartboards without payment of the hire fee may result in the playing session being ended.

2.2   All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2.2.1          Participants may be between 12 years of age and 17 years of age if they have a parent or legal guardian as a participant in the Dartsee dartboards.

2.2.2          Participants aged between 12 and 17 years may only use the Dartsee dartboard until 7:00pm.

2.3   A maximum of 8 participants can play on any Dartsee dartboard at a time.

2.3.1          Increasing the booking size to above 8 participants will result in a second lane being booked if available.

3         Booking Arrivals

3.1   The Morley Local will hold a reserved lane for no longer than 10 minutes from the booking time.

3.2   If a booking arrives after 10 minutes from the start of the booking time, the lane will become available to other participants.

4         Booking Cancellations

4.1   A minimum notice period of 48-hours prior to the start of your booking time is required to be eligible for a refund on your booking fees.

4.2   A minimum notice period of 48-hours is required to transfer a booking to another date.

4.3   Reduced Participant Numbers

4.3.1          If the number of participants is reduced from the original booking within 48-hours of the start of the booking time, the participants will not be eligible for a refund.

4.4   Participants arriving after 10 minutes from the start of their booking time will not be eligible for a refund.

5         Participant Behaviour

5.1   Participants displaying inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave the venue as per The Morley Local’s Management Policies.

5.2   Participants asked to leave the venue will not be eligible for a refund.

6         Damages

6.1   Participants are liable for any damages to the Dartsee dartboards, equipment, furniture, and/ or structure of the building that may occur during the allotted booking.
